INMATE / JAILER SEX . Why Carter County Needs A New Jail !

I am affraid we have not seen anything yet wait untill they start making changes some want like something and another one want like something else and then Mr Mathis will have to change something .All of this changing will cost us .

I been up to that jail, the inmates are hot and nasty. I don't blame the jailer.

Well, regaurdless of wether the inmate "wanted it" it could've NEVER happened if the guard didn't want it just as bad!!! She had to be sure of finding a place & where the other guards was at to not get caught!!! maybe she got tired of her "girlfriend" on the outside, who has also been in jail!! oh, well, maybe she just thinks there is something about a person who has been or is in jail!!

Apparently the girl is a ho...She was also married and dating another guy that had been in jail. Not to mention the one that she is "pregnant" by..How does she even know who she is pregnant by.

If he knew how to run a jail this would not have happened.Look at the staff he has in place over the jail.JAIL ADMINISTRATION 101/do not have female jailers watching mail inmates or visa versa!ANOTHER fine law suit that the county tax payers will have to pay for.It flows down hill.The tax payers are just starting to to seen the wrath of or high and saintful sheriff.He will be on the other side in about 2 months!they can have ajoinin cells.

Well you know how most inmates are. Yhey will find a way. The new jail will be a piece of crap in a few years.

Darlin it only took 6 months for the trailor park to start fallin apart.What a waste of money! Before a county commissioner can be on the ballet they need to give them a test,check to see if they can balance their own check book,stay awake for 10 min. and be able to hear theirself fart.This would get us down to the right amount of representation for the county.We might have ahalf a dozen or so!!!I am not tryin to be funny just facts!!!!!!!!!!Typical carter co. some what elected officials!!!

What really gets me is spending 1 million dollars to design the new jail. That was a BIG waste of money. Whoever approved that needs to be run out of town on a rail. I do believe the average Joe in Carter County could have designed it better and for alot less money. by the time the new jail is built it will be too small anyway. What will they do then? Put up more trailers? I love this County, but I sure do wish sometimes my family would pack up and move. That's the only reason I stay.Carter County can spend more tax dollars on nothing. When are the people going to wake up and get rid of most of these so called local officals?
