The mother of the child, who was hit by the dump truck, has been indicted on first degree murder charges, by the grand jury.

Exactly, and for all the people that hv said oh she's a good mother and was holding his hand BULLSHIT!! She's getting what she deserves and josh is getting justice, and as far as tiffani saying that terry saw her child, that's a bunch of bull too!!!! He is 200% innocent cause if he was responsible in any way he would have been charged too, and he sure WASN'T!!!! He still needs our prayers daily as I'm sure every day is a constant struggle for him!!!!

First degree murder? That will never stick so I'm not sure why they would even consider that. She was definitely neglectful with her child but she didn't murder him.

According to Clark, grand jurors indicted Tiffani Holston on the charge of felony first-degree murder (which resulted in the boy’s death) under aggravated child abuse and neglect. Clark said the grand jury also indicted her on a separate charge of aggravated child abuse and neglect.

If they can show that he died as a result of aggravated child neglect, they can get her for first-degree murder. And considering how long they have spent building the case and reviewing the evidence (witnesses and security camera footage) if the Grand Jury indicted, the case is strong.

U r wrong, they couldn't have a stronger case against her. I know one of the investigators and the evidence is so strong with 4 surveillance videos etc. She's going down BIG TIME. Just u wait and see. You will eat your words, trust me!!!!

I hope and pray that all of the pill popping neglectful parents take heed of this situation. I for one am tired of the neglected kids in this community and am happy to see something done. Come on people are your drugs really worth the price that is paid in the end. This girl got caught {thank goodness} but there's a lot more just like her, I hope you all look at this situation and make a choice to do better before you end up being her cell mate...

Yes but look at what it took for her to be 'caught'. An innocent child had to die before anything was done.
