You people don't know what you are talking about. Wharton is the best Elem. school in Boone County. The teachers care about the students and the school. Also, there are great teachers at the school which is why their test scores are really high. Teachers are allowed to have a personal life, too. As far as drugs go, I have not heard the first thing about that. Who is it supposed to be?

For anyone who wants to slam Wharton Elementary or the staff and teachers, you need to put or shut up. If your child attends the school, why are you not there helping in any way possible? Be an active parent and be in your child’s life in an educational way. If your child attends a different school, you have no right to speak in a negative manor about the school. As for the drug usage you are speaking of, I can say for a fact, NO ONE uses drugs at Wharton. The school has the most dedicated teachers I have ever seen. They give up their free time to stay for educational meetings to provide better education for your children. The school is GREAT and the teachers are one of a kind! Yes they DO have a social life after school and there is NOTHING wrong with that. Seems to me that people on this site like to run their mouths and not face the fact that they are the problem with this community. Airing other people’s lives on this site is infantile and appalling. Try reading a book next time you want to slam Wharton, then maybe you can score as high as their students do on their test they take.

Just maybe you shouldn’t slam Wharton’s teachers. Maybe you should call one of them and ask them to tutor you in spelling and grammar and punctuation. You have one long run on sentences and didn’t capitalize Wharton or the word I at the start of this. The word there should be their ,and aroud is spelled around. The word no should be know. And the words its and dont have ‘ in them, like this it’s and don’t.

If you think Wharton is bad wait until they get to Van High School. The teachers there are bad for sending home homework and not explaining it very well. I think they all need anger management classes and extra classes on ADHD children. I could write a book.
