Poor little woman....I am sorry, but she should get the same treatment anyone else gets. She is not entitled to keep up a lifestyle that over 90% of Americans can not afford. So they get a divorce because he is gay....not her fault, but this shows her as a money grubbing woman to begin with. Would she have married him if he wasn't an up and coming politician? That's the catch 22. If she wouldn't have, then she took the gamble and lost, and should not be given an award for taking that step. If she would have married him even if he was dirt poor, then she would have had to maintain that lifestyle. Which means she does not need the extravagant lifestyle she wants awarded to her.

She should just get the minimum of a blue collar worker.
McGreevey has no money to pay her. The lawyers have cleaned them both out.

What a complete b**ch.

Look at what feminism has done to these women, they think they are entitled to this stuff. It's bloody robbery. DON"T GET MARRIED.

I believe she was treated poorly by her unprincipled, deceptive and self centered ex husband. But she can't expect to live as she had when they were living in the gov's mansion.

Fanny Bandit McG has no dollars for her. He is studying to be a Pastor, Father, or some religious title so he can touch young boys. Dina McG can sell her story to People Magazine and all the women will buy it who don't know how to please a man. She should be disgusted, embarassed, and most importantly, move on. She had a good idea he was playing for the other team when he wanted a threesome with his sugary secretary. If anything, Dina should support Mr. McG through this tough time and perhaps pay for his sex change. But then again... Only in Dirty Jersey

The only thing funnier than this trial is the thought of the idiots in New Jersey voting for this fruitcake. I swear if Osama Bin Laden ran for office in New jersey as a Democrat, he would get elected too. It must be the pollution that affects their brains.

You have to hand it to him, he was one smart guy,,have an affair,be gay, get divorced, and now he is studying to become a Pastor,,,of course he has no money.
What a keen way to get out of paying anything to his soon to be ex wife and family.
Not that I think she should get what she wants but she should get something,,besides if she is going to be out of work soon, she can collect unemployment,,what else does she want, food stamps,,sign up for them,, welcome lady to the real world of working and non working people.

Dear Dina,

The gravy train has come to the end of the line and it is time for you to get a job and take care of yourself. While first lady of New Jersey you thought that you were royalty, well you are not. You are not entitled to preferential treatment so get a job and take care of yourself and your daughter.

Oh puhleeze. I am glad I'm not on the bench listening to these two spoiled brats sling off at each other. She's unemployed, he's unemployed. Well I'm betting that as soon as the property settlement is finalized, they both get pretty good jobs and Jimbo marries the b/f in Toronto. This is all tactics, each trying to get out without paying the other a dime, but all the while trying to extract as much loot as possible.

Let's shortcut this. She can work, no alimony from him. He can work, no alimony from her. Both of them need to support their child. They have consumed all their community property in this legal fight, so there's nothing left to divide. Undoubtedly, they'll both write at least another book apiece on this whole sordid affair.
