", an illegal foreign national from Colombia was sentenced to three years probation — and the possibility of deportation — for making false statements and using a false Social Security number to get a job with a company that provided services inside a secure area of Boston’s Logan International Airport"

Get it, they are everywhere! Please note, as I understand it, e-verify is limited to new hires, not ALL employees. This will just continue until we have REAL security measures in place, not TSA patdowns, but retroactive e-verify, fingerprinting and crosschecking with FBI of ALL illegal aliens as soon as found!

This article is still trying to make excuses for illegal aliens. They say that this guy had a "clean" record, and later they say that he possibly has SEVERAL other names.

They say he has no family here and is alone...believe that!

This where it get really creapy! He stole the guys identity four months before he was murdered. This guy had his birth certificate and ssn. Also, the victum's death was never reported.

Chilling to think that someone possibly murdered someone in order to assume their identity!
Thank God he wasn't mexican, all of our heads would be handing from telephone poles by now!

"Please note, as I understand it, e-verify is limited to new hires, not ALL employees." Not HR 2885, every employee will be checked.

"Only a federal E-Verify law like the Legal Workforce Act (H.R. 2885) can go after existing illegal hires, including those who have stolen the identities of U.S. citizens. If H.R. 2885 had been the law of the land when he arrived a dozen years ago,Sanchez would have had a harder time gaming the system, and the employers who illegally hired him would probably have given those jobs to unemployed Americans."

Some items on HR 2885:

"Require the Social Security Administration (SSA) to target illegal aliens using fake social security numbers by sending out “no match” letters to employers if the name and social security number of a current employee do not match. Requires the employer to check those employees through E-Verify after receiving a “no match” letter.
Require SSA to send a yearly notification to each owner of a social security number that has multiple employers reporting income to that number indicating that the number may have been stolen and is being used by illegal aliens. Requires employers to run through E-Verify those employees who are likely to have stolen the number from the legitimate owner."
