We called them a week before July 4th to have them watch our dog. They said they had a spot and will see us on July 4th. Well on July 4th they called me and said they were full. They gave my spot to someone else. That is unprofessional in my book. They are too old to be in business if they can't keep track of how many kennels they have open and they need a new book keeper. We had to change all of our plans for there screw up.

My family has boarded our dog here for the last 7 years & would NEVER trust anybody else with her. They are the nicest, most sincere, & professional dog boarders that we've ever come across. Now I usually call weeks in advance to set up her boarding, the same time I'm setting up my vacation, but I've also had to call the day of during family emergencies & they've always taken care of us. To say they 'are too old' to be running a business is just laughable!! We board with them atleast once a month & have never been turned away...I HIGHLY doubt this is the whole story.
