AAA Carolinas says the average price of gas in the state has jumped 15 cents in the last month from $3,38 on March 8 to $3.53 on Tuesday.

Yeah almost a double in price for the COMMUNITY ORGANIZER since he took office. In case you sheeple don't know - this hurts the low and middle income classes - in case you havent figured that out.

Gas doubled during his term too. It was higher than it is now before the 2008 recession caused the price to collapse.

I guess we need Bill Clinton back, gas was a buck in 1999. Not his wife though, she is kinda scary looking.

The dead kayaker was the drunken "range officer" who was living at house of the man who used to be the obx gun clubs president. The ex-president allowed him to live on the gun range back in 2009. When his own board and the members seen him staggering around, drunk on the range at 9am they forced the "president" to remove him. One question seems to jump out here, what do you fish for, at night, this time of year, from a kayak, in over 10mph winds?

Yes it was, many did not make the connection. Why would this man ever be allowed a job at of all places, a firing range? Knowing he had problems, why would he be given access to a kayak to go sporting at night in bad conditions? You can bury your head in the sand, or ask appropriate questions when there is a death that maybe could have been prevented if common sense and good judgment had been exercised. If that offends you, too bad.

I just didn't see the need to bash the name of a person who has passed away especially when it didn't concern me.

You seem to be interested in his former job. Did you want it and he took it from you ?

You seemed to interested in the kayak. Was it your kayak and did you not get it back?

Was he fishing in your spot?

Is there a law that says you can't go out with 10 mph winds?

Are you a cop or something?

If you are going to bash his name, please tell everyone how his death had something personal to do with you.

Please tell us how his death is your business to the point where you feel the need to bash him.

I have witnessed his behavior when he was left alone and in charge of the outer banks gun club. No I did not want that job, no it was not my kayak, and no I am not a police officer. I was a range member who had to endure a drunk rambling at me when I went out to shoot. so yes it is my business The powers that be out there replaced him with another drunk and drug abuser when the complaints began to mount. I just hope his family will hire a competent lawyer and get a clear picture of the events that led up to his death The people who were around him have a penchant for hiring the low functioning as their personal slaves, and I am sure that will become clear when the past history is explored. Then we will see who is bashing, and who's business this is. RIP Jon, life was tough for you.

I understand that you witnessed his bad behavior but that was when he was employed. He had already lost that job and since passed away. So no, it's not your business anymore. It sounds like you have a major problem with the gun club and therefore your comments should be directed at those people and not someone who is dead and unable to defend themselves.

Are you "that guy" at the gun range? The one who complains about everything like a bird chirping in someone's ear and no one seems to care about you. I hope your big guns make you feel more like a man.

And please spare me the "RIP Jon" it is a little late for that now since you felt the need to bash his name first. Why don't you voice your concerns at someone who is still alive and see where that gets you.

to voice ones comcerns is a little late now, and if i did it wouldnt get anywhere. The goons in charge of the gun club now are a joke. They loose lawsuits and then feel the need to not tell the people who it DOES matter to..!! When the club president was asked at the last meeting how much money was lost, he acted like it was a big secret and wouldnt disclose exactly how much stating he didnt know.!! Thats s out right lie cause he had to authorize the expendature of the funds.! After further investigating public records its in the ballpark of around $35,000.00.. Settlement out of court and legal fees. The members find it funny how the board holds its members to a bunch of code of ethics but they themself can do what ever they want with no recourse of action or violation of the same rules.?!!

case number 12-CVD-128 on july 31 2013... Several club members vs obx gun club vs william beadling for malicious prosecution and wrongfull arrest.. And theres a list of fines levied against the obx gun club by the NC Labor Board for several violations.!!

My dues are finished next month and I will not rejoin. They spend and loose money, which is our dues money and the place is still a dump. None of my friends or neighbors will join because the new guy is a worse jerk than the old one. The new agreement to join is nothing more than the board members trying to absolve themselves of responsibility and liability. Whoever put together their big gun show is a small time loser. A bunch of tables with overpriced ammunition, other peoples junk, and nonsense that belongs in the dump not next to it. No wonder they get sued, they will never get my money again to pay for them to act like irresponsible idiots. Why does the County allow them to stay out there? Maybe because their commissioner was having illegal bear hunts there.

For a living, and to stay alive at one time SS, skip the range, or travel to one with no drama, no lawsuits.
