I am a bit concerned. I have been a costumer of liberty bank for years and IV noticed money disappearing slowly from my account. I went in and talked with a employee and he could not explain were my money had gone. Its now a year later and I have over 200$ missing from my account. I have friends that bank with them also and they have noticed this also. In my term of five years with this bank I have lost 500$ and some change. Everytime I confront them they run me around. I know someone in that bank is skimming money and it needs to stop.

Change banks maybe? That's what I would do.

Twice I have had money that I deposited put into a different person's account. It was only noticed by me when I in turn overdrew my account. After much hassle with Liberty over this I closed my account with them. They did find my money both times, but that is ridiculous. The same thing has also happened to another family member of mine.

Its ridiculous there even still in business. I changed banks and just forget about even arguing with them. That bank is corrupt and the staff is very rude.

You should change banks. Arvest has always given me exceptional service. They have great hours as well.

Every transaction in your account has to have an itemized description. There's no way it's not traceable. Go to the bank manager and figure it out...if it's their fault, they owe you $500. If not, you screwed up and you're bad-mouthing them for something that isn't their fault. My father-in-law is constantly arguing with his bank over stuff and then finds out that he didn't write something down. I don't like that bank because of some of the people who work there (amazingly conceited and some of the strangest examples of big fish in our little pond.), but accusing them of stealing is pretty serious.
