Houseboat sale leads to arrest of Mountain Home man

Shawn Gregory Cone, 40, and his wife sold a houseboat to another Mountain Home man for $275,000 in August of 2011, a report from the Baxter County sheriff's office said.

in Arkansas boats are not titled. Bill of Sale canceled check?

But they do have a registration form from the revenue dept , correct ?

Shouldn't the bank have been registered as lien holder on it ?

If there's no title technically there's no owner and I'd of told the bank to go fly as possession is supposed to 9/10s !
