Update: The fire in Bastrop County was brought under control around 8 p.m. Update 6:00 p.m.: Officials said that 35 homes were briefly evacuated this afternoon after a wild fire spread across a wooded area near Bastrop State Park in Bastrop County.

North shore?, one never knows do one???? Hell things are never so bad they cant get worse, thats the rumor anyway.I really liked those woods behind 302 greenvalley drive, or as the deputy said, happy valley. He really didnt like me very much, Anglo trash as I recall, obviously. Stephen L. Sanders
