ACC lowers property tax rate
The Austin Community College Distrcit Board of Trustees voted Sept. 6 to lower the college's property tax rate by 0.3 percent.

raise it lower it who care just start building the school you are taxing us for or refund the money......

I can't belive the city of Elgin accepted ACC to tax them. Most of the city is older retired people who will never have a need for ACC. Too many options was avail. and lots of cities voted NO to ACC. Now older residents will pay for ACC to grow bigger. Time to sell out and move away from Elgin.
