Sounds like entrapment and profiling. The cops must go down too for getting involved in such deplorable acts. It take 2 to tango so this cop should be immediately incarcerated for life or at least fired. Expect a suit to be filed and this man will easily win millions.

Was it GAY child porn or regular child porn. And how long did the cop look at it?

Lowlifes such as these should be made to work from cain't see to cain't see 6 days a week leaving the seventh to clean their prison arrangements for 25 years, then they should be hung by the neck in public. If society wants to be free then they must have laws that punish offenders who violates our civil laws. If young thugs were strapped to whipping post for stealing cars and preying on law abiding citizens then there would be noticeable drop in crimes and in our insurance rates. Crime cost us much more than people believe it does, every time we purchase something at a store we also have to pay a little more for that product because of the items that were stole from the store we made our purchase at. we need to send scum like this back to their marker as defective.

This person was not "entrapped" by the police.

The definition of "entrapment" is when someone is coerced into doing something they *normally would not do*. This person already had the collection of child porn on his computer which is already illegal, so you cannot say that he normally would not have child porn when he already had it and then sent it to the cops.

Sending the pictures makes up the charge of transmitting and also was the probable cause for the raid on his home. He will be charged for possession for the porn as well.

Let him fry.

As far as I'm concerned,it would be impossible to treat people who prey on our children too harshly. They are so lucky that I'm not in charge of their fate. I'd do things to them that would make Hannibal Lecter puke.

Boynton Police can not even solve crimes in their own city. Why go to another State and try and be heros. Granted the man needs to fry for his actions, but let his local authorities do the work. And let Boynton Police try and keep their own tax paying citizens safe. Boynton Police have long been the joke of the south Palm Beach County law enforcement agencies.

So, having said that, I guess you are sicker than Hannibal Lecter. Perhaps we should lock your sick butt up immediately before you act out your sick mind.

If they wind up in prison, and a guard just "happens" to make a mistake and slip them into general population, the other prisoners will take care of it.

Even criminals have standards, and those people that prey on children are usually kept in isolation to "protect them" - but if an error occurs and they wind up in gen-pop, their fellow inmates will provide justice (I think this is what happened to Dalmer?).

They probably have a division that does online work, and the net is worldwide. Wasn't there a bust in the last year or so of someone in Australia that got caught/reported by LEO's here in the US?

If you sincerly believe that people who prey on our children DON"T deserve the maximum penalty,I feel sorry for any kids in your neighborhood.
