Westinghouse's nuclear fuel plant in Columbia could face nearly $100,000 in fines from federal regulators because a worker accidentally threw away vials of low-grade uranium.

A $100,000 fine for Westinghouse is just a slap on the wrist for them,judging from the amount that they pay thier employees.What happened to the vials where did they go? What kind of impact on the eco system will occur and where? Did you know there have been other incidents? Incidents that they only have to report to the nuclear regulatory commission and not the public.
