Police need to find REAL crime

I was at a baseball tourament this weekend at the Elgin Sports Complex. I live an hour away and I got a parking ticket the second day there for expired registration. I completely forgot to get my sticker and now am legal. My problem is-Does the Elgin police have anything better to do than drive around a parking lot at a baseball field and look for little things. While at this same field- we had many kids almost get run over by speeding cars in the lot, saw many just missed car accidents- why not monitor the speeding cars and possible accidents. I felt like I was at a raceway the entire weekend. I believe the police need to get a life and find real crime and issues out there instead of wasting taxpayers money by wasting gas driving up and down rows of parked cars at a baseball field. The ticket was only $20.00 but they could've made a couple thousand catching the speeders in the complex. Just had to vent.

The Elgin police are corrupt they try to make a quota even if its for an expired plate sticker, they want something easy to do, they are lazy.
