Doesnt matter what restaurant goes in there they all fail , chi chi's gone !! cheeseburger in paradise gone !! Wild Tuna , NAME CHANGE / ON BORROWED TIME , How long till it goes by the wayside as well ? Its like that property is cursed to restaurants . Could it be to many restaurants in the area to compete with along rt 30's restaurant row .
