The statement below is not correct.
"...addition of 8,000 new homes over the next 20 years, while addressing a top priority of the plan: preserving the character and environmental values of the natural landscape ..."
Housing developments rate a nine (9) on the WSL Natural Landscape Abutter Threat Scale (NLATS) while acres with natural forces in control (the natural landscape) rate a zero (0).
Development always harms the natural landscape.
Top say say development is in any way environmentally friendly, harmonious with or blends well with is to lie.
