I was involved in this rescue and i would just like to stress to people the severity of the situation! This woman had done this before in Franklin County. The Officials are not pressing charges due to the fact that they claim that they saw no signs of neglect! You might adsk yourself how could they not see this? In my opinion they are either blind or they didnt care. These animals were barely alive! They were starved. The womans son dragged a dog out and carried it to me and told me they had not feed him in a month!!!! Simply due to the fact that he had chewed a hole in the side of the barn he was chained to.. I sawa the hole. and i saw the dog. He did not detroy the wall. He ate the wall because it was the only thing to eat. How could they? how could they sit in there house and know that these beautiful animals were outside dying? There was a deceased kitty in a cage. We took photographs of this! And they said the kitty dies because it got ill and they couldnt afford to take it to the vet... I would like to know how many of you donated money to this woman? there are quite a few of you out there I know! And i am truly sorry for that. You gave your money to her thinking it was to help those animals when in actuality you were only feeding her.
So if you find it in your heart to help these wonderful dogs... R.I.P poor kitties... Please do so! contact: marshalltown rescue league ; boone area humane society ; jewell animal clinic ; radcliffe veterinary care center.

please dont let this woman get away with this. contact our county attorney Randal Tilton and tell him something needs to be done!

Pea Dip!!!! Although I am an official member of PETA (People for the Eating of Tasty Animals), what you're doing for these domesticated animals is awesome. We watch a lot of those Animal Police shows and they break our hearts every time. If people cannot treat their animals with respect, then they don't deserve them. It's great that there are people who really do give a crap.
