New State Detension Center

I have just found out we are building the new Detension center right across from our new high school and righ next door to our Nursing home? I must say Are YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Do you know how many times these kids escape? Are we setting ourselves up for another Columbine? What will this do to my Property Vaule? Many people here are just Blown away with this decsion of where we are putting this.Some one PLEASE help me understand..
Is there not a Law about housing sex offenders or murders within so many feet of a minors ( school) or elders ?( nursing homes ) Looking for answers... Kelly Goodknight

konnichi wa kelly san watashi wa reuzake dessu ka ,about the school,nursen home,training school, i know that was not very thought out, T__T its almost sad no one took that into acounting escape or possible criminal acts, they dont think things out, iv concluded that i will not be attending such a school, without further security or fencing placed,
