This happened to me, and I have always paid my bill on time, and I have always paid more than the minimum. If this hurts my credit, they can expect a lawsuit from me. I mean I can understand if I was late all of the time, and paid only the minimum, but it's not fair to the ones that do everything they are supposed to do. I think that the Government should get involved with this. Shame on Citi for putting their customers in a bind.
