Jobless Rates Fall in Most Illinois Metro Areas
The Illinois Department of Employment Security says the jobless rate dropped in eight of Illinois' 12 metro areas in February compared with February 2013.

Even the epitome of big business magazine of Forbes knows that this number is at least double what is reported due to people being without jobs for more than the benefit collection period. That doesn't even start to address those who take early retirement or are greatly underemployed.
