"I can't think of nothing else" As usual, the race card is always played.

This situation is entirely to complex to draw the conclusion that any race card is being played. The phrase "Race Card" is used entirely too much by people who think--but don't really know, all of the facts. A prudent observer would demand more clarification before making any judgements.

My judgement was made by the facts given, just like you or any other person does with any particular story.

The situation is not as complex as you would like to make it, it should be "cut and dry", you investigate the parties involved, and decide witch couple is more suitable to raise the Children, isn't that what it's all about?, I am sure the people doing the investigating are capable of doing so. One Judge has already dismissed a complaint, and she is on Her fourth Lawyer, so now we will try the "Race Card".
