Yes, DANIEL'S site is on yahoo but the TOPIX site that the Jarretts used to cuss and spread hate is GONE! It does not matter anyway, court is over and Daniel is doing his time for MANSLAUGHTER not murder. The truth was told in court about the fight and that he did not stab his Father or "beat him to death" as some news papers have printed. It is over and we have moved on. We pray that every one else can move on as well and heal. May God be with each person this tragedy has touched. At least Daniel will get a second chance to get out and live life according to God's word. God's will was done and we are so very thankful.

Daniel Mishoe was sentenced to 25 years in prison on manslaughter plea, 25 years on an arson plea and five years on a larceny plea, according to the official. The charges are to run concurrently, the official said. And he has to serve all 25 years with out parole minus time all ready served in jail. Man pleads guilty to father's killing

A Marlboro County man decided to enter a guilty plea during his trial for killing his own father.

Daniel Mishoe pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter, arson, descrecration of human remains and larceny Wednesday morning.

In 2007, Daniel Mishoe murdered his father, Larry Mishoe, inside his father's furniture store. Investigators say he then set fire to his father's body to cover the crime.

He then stole his dad's wallet and pickup truck.

Mishoe was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

That is 25 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
