Shooting in/around Graham?

I am familiar with all parties in this incident and feel it was a bad situation all around but I do know this.... if I go to work tomorrow and someone pulls a gun on me they better pull the trigger and shoot to kill or I promise they will be a dead %*!!!! because no matter whether I 'm a cop or not I have the right to defend myself as an American. the cop had a right to defend himself.

You are right ,people have a right to protect themselves,and cops are paid to protect the public and thats what this cop did ,his job !Bravo for your comment !I hear the officer is back on the job ,and thats even better to hear ,and some people don't even relize that the shooters own mother hasn't blamed anyone other than the lifestyle her son chose to lead and the people he chose to be involved with for his early death.He WAS trying to kill another person and seemed to want that other person to be a cop !The shooter was so twisted in his thoughts that he wanted to be 'remembered' for killing a cop,that is NOT normal thinking for anyone.

Accusations of MURDER are serious accusations.Anthony had serious issues for a very long time ,instead of making such ludicrous accusations maybe YOU should of gotten him away from the people he was accociated with ,BUT you evidently did not have any influence at all with the young man,the grand jury cleared the officer ,and Haley you were not even present when the shooting happened.

his mother, was worse than him.. i'm from graham too.. i was a good friend of his.. and it wasnt that he wanted to be remembered for that.. he was pissed, i talked to his girlfriend, the one he was with in the shooting.. she told me everything.. until you get the right story, keep your mouth shut qweef..

Why was he so pissed ? As for the girl friend ,Jade has her own issues to deal with and whats your version of the 'story'? The girl friends mother was also there ,right behind Jades car.One of his mothers ex boyfriends even told people how mixed up Tony was,Tony was messed up for years,Tony had been in trouble off and on for a long time.Even the D/A had the info wrong,AB doesn't recruit from the street ,they recruit from within the walls.The sad part is ,Tony was the last living male of his dads to carry on his fathers name.Accusations of murder are way out of line no matter who or what you say you knew.If you were such a good friend of his ,why the hell didnt you ,if you knew all these facts ,not get Tony away from where he was headed ? Tony was cremated ,there was no viewing other than when his family viewed his body and I was told that Jade viewed his body when she went up to the crematorin in the metroplex and you did not see any bullet holes ,you attended the memorial service held for Tony.You are seventeen ,even tho you run around telling people you are just a kid,when you step into adult conversations ,be prepared to be treated as one.The fact is,you came on these forums screaming Murder ,when you make accusations like that be prepared to be held accountable for saying such lies.Ask Binky what happened ,she was there during the shooting right behind Jades car.All you are doing is trying to stir up a bunch of trouble.Tony is dead,Jades life has been screwed up too ,the Cop did his job weather you like it or not.
