It was their fault that he was burned. The father started the fire during a county burn ban that had been in effect for several months. Then leaves the children at home and the mom inside failing to supervise the children while the fire is burning. Why are our county officials afraid to do their duty by filing charges against the parents for injury of a child. This is almost like leaving a child in a car on a very hot day and the child being hurt. We feel sorry for them but that doesn't lessen their culpubility for causing the injury to the child. So, county officials do your duty and file the charges and make the arrest because if nothing is done, this kind of thing will happen again.
