Is this the same person who claimed that she woke up the next morning and said "I think something bad happened"? Now it looks like she actually stopped and moved the body. This makes it more atrocious. It's almost like hitting a dog on the street and moving it out of the way to get home. I hit a dog once and stopped to see if it was ok. When I saw that he was hurt, I called my friend and we took him to the vet. Thank God he was ok after that.

Linda Diaz didn't wake up the next morning after hitting and moving Philip's body. She was up and at it trying to cover her sorry ass. She called in the troops...the tribal attorney was with her while she sobered up. I'm sure they couldn't find a way to cover for her, so they called the cops. The fact that Philip's body was moved indicates to me how much of a coward Linda Diaz is. If only she had had the inner strength to do the right thing and call 911. The grief she is causing Philip's family, herself, and her tribe will never end.

Where have I been you ask? I’ve been down the road from where my family member stuck and killed my friend..I’ve also been in church praying for my family who is also being judged for one persons wrong doing, and also asking God to help the wonderful Espinoza family get throw these hard times. You know we all have to wait and see what the courts will do to Linda. It’s not up to me....OK! So for now if you have a problem with her not being in jail, talk to the judge that let her go home or to the Prosecutor. I hope that answers your question?

A big rock!! Linda Diaz and Fierro have alot in common, both are drunk drivers and both think they're slick as hell. And you know what? They are....Linda Diaz, three years is the most she'll do in jail for her crime. Fierro...six years! Sends a huge message doesn't it...it's somewhat of a nuisance to strike a man and kill him, move the body, leave the scene of the crime, but God help you if you do something that offends the Linda Diaz sensibilities. If it had been her own child? She would blow a fuse!!!! She'd want blood!!! She would prima dona herself into a stupor! But it is not her own child...and I love her children, so I'm glad that's the case. But Philip 's death has touched me to my core, especially because I've had a child brutally murdered, and her killer was merely slapped on the wrist for being a bad boy.

You keep those prayers going...it must be difficult for you to not only have known Philip and liked him, but also to know that a family member killed him and that some people judge all of you for the crime of one person. Linda Diaz does deserve to be in jail, but it's not in your power to make it so. Peace and love to the Espinosa family.

Absolutely, 100% agree. It would be nice to have a full biography on the Great Governor, about his family members, all of them, his mother, siblings and how he rose to such great power and why he decided that a great statute similar to that of great tyrannists "larger than life" if you will, for all of his little sheep to come to worship. On this day, there are members who have no rights, who are solely Indians for purposes of a system to assure that the system survives. These members are continued to be enrolled against their will and cannot apply for a home, cross the territory, request lands that were designated decades ago when the government gaves lands back to the pojoaque indians. they cannot apply for jobs, but can be arrested and killed very easily as long as their names on on the tribal rolls.

The Federal government provided annuity funds to the tribe for those members enrollments, where those members will never see funds, ever! The current administration is a sick facade and a lie, and I feel sorry for those people who worship their government leaders. You need to stand up. And if anybody who thinks that they are above my words, I am more than willing to challenge you. I may have not lived on the Pueblo of Pojoaque for decades, but rest assured, I know more than you can ever imagine about your history, federal funding, and everything really! There is much more here than your so called, "mental illness" theory, and going to your IHS would only exacerbate your corruption! so you can take your mental illness theory and keep it as it runs in the pueblo for ages from governors who have passed on to your own family or was it just murder and drugs? I would like to know more about your family the reason for my request for the biography to make sure it speaks the truth. Don't forget about the laws of slander, I consider myself to be white as my BC states so clearly. I am not on your jurisdiction and when use the computer, it is similar to being on my jurisdiction. This post is to "Ricky's Sister". I feel that you are in a tremendous amount of emotional pain. There is so much going on with our people that you're striking out at all of them. I've been there. But this issue, to me, is about Linda Diaz and her crime. I think you're smart and beautiful..Focus your energy on being as positive as you can and be forgiving of our human faults.
