That means probably if there was a DVD for each piece of evidence ie cell phone video, At least say a dozen punks pulled out their phones and instead of calling for help decided to tape it. What pieces of crap they are. I hope all of them are very recognizable on tape and get life no parole. You have to realize that this is a generation where morality and responsibility are not important, frowned upon in fact! The message from their peers and the media (that gangsta rap garbage in particular) is that's is cool to be cruel, cool to be a criminal. cool to not gave a damn about your fellow human being. There are of course exceptions to the rule, some good young people out there but the direction in which we are heading is frankly frightening. I'm not surprised by this barbaric behavior at all. When the police are increasingly catching kids as young as 12 and 13 carrying guns and not afraid to use them at the slightest provocation, is anybody really surprised at a gang rape by a pack of turds with legs punks? Not me! The only good thing here is that these dirty little bastards didn't get away with it and are going to pay the price for their savagery big time!

These punks in this case are going to get some first hand experience in gang rape in prison. The only difference is that this time they are going to be on the receiving end of it. The thugs in jail just love to cornhole that young butthole. By the time these c***suckers get out they are going to have to stick a cork in their assholes to prevent the shit from dripping out! They are also going to have to suck on a lot of big black dick too! Couldn't happen to a greasier bunch of turds with legs, including Elvis boy! Bend over sucka! Bubba gonna' drive you home! Use Your Brain wrote: Elvis is innocent and this 16 yo girl shouldn't have been getting drunk with a bunch of guys...Where's the common sense in that? Rape is not cool but sometimes it can be prevented by using better judgement! You are one of the biggest idiots I have ever come across. How many teenagers across America have a drink with a person they know...even when they are not supposed to, and do you believe that would be an excuse for people to brutally violate them for two and a half hours? HELL NO! You talk about using your brain...well why don't you practice what you preach! You need to face that Elvis The Rapist is guilty as sin and quit posting here annoying us all with your "he's innocent" pleas, the police would not have him in custody and be charging him if they didn't have some kind of proof so shut up already. Neither you nor Elvis's attorneys will ever convince anyone that they are innocent, they are savages and should be raped, publicly flogged, and hanged for the crimes they committed.

I think the person that deserves the most sympathy is the young lady that was assaulted. What should bug you is the fact that this occurred and now you and your family will stroll into court and watch as your worthless nephew faces justice, you want people to respect you then you respect this young lady first Family Member wrote: So most people that come down to conclusions so quickly by the INFORMATION BEING PROVIDED BY THE media don't understand that the evidence has yet not came in to prove that Elvis was a part of this which at this moment in time still make him innocent. What bugs me the most is that its very simple to judge and accuse so quickly by what the media is informing everyone when actually all information being provided is not 100% accurate. AS A ELVIS AUNTIE I ASK TO PLEASE HOLD ALL JUDGEMENT AND PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME OF SO MUCH PAIN. NO ONE THAT HAS EVER GONE THROUGH THIS WILL EVER UNDERSTAND WHAT THE FEELING IS. WHEN PROOF HAS BEEN PRESENTED IN TRIAL THEN I UNDERSTAND STATEMENTS BEING MADE BUT REMEMBER THAT HE IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

■In one interview, Salvador Rodriguez (the one the polece released for lack of evidence)said he wasn't there when the assault began and was just minding his own business trying to skate when he saw the group. When he got closer to see what they were doing, that's when he saw her being 'dehumanised' as he put it (Who talks that way? Sounds like he was coached...). In another interview, he says he was already on the scene when she arrived and he saw her drink half a bottle of brandy before she was attacked. Well, which was it?
■In one interview, Rodriguez says he found the victim in the bushes, beaten and naked, after which he used his shirt to cover her up. He made it sound as if they were alone at that point. Where were the other attackers then? Because when the police arrived on the scene, they said there was a group of young men (not just Rodriguez and the victim). Rodriguez ran with the perpetrators, the police found no shirt at the scene and the victim was found under the bench, not on it. Again I ask, which was it?
■Now please, please, please understand that I am not condoning the attack on this poor girl in any way, but something also doesn't add up in terms of the story. It has been reported she called her father to pick her up before she joined the young men and boys in the courtyard. Now, my question is this: what underage teen (especially a devout churchgoer), knowing that their father is on the way to pick them up from a dance, would then proceed to drink half a bottle of brandy??? I know I'd be too afraid he's smell it on my breath and be able to tell I was drunk. This part also doesn't add up and I'm surprised no one has commented on this aspect of the incident.
■I also feel that this part of the story is crucial: "This is not the first time the churchgoing sophomore had hung out with the wrong crowd," said one educator who asked not to be named for fear of offending school district sensibilities. This has caused anguish for not just her but also the advisers who helped her over the past couple of years. "She is a really smart girl, but it's not always easy to fit in," the educator said. "I think she can be a little naive and she's been harassed in the past by guys who took advantage of her when she tried a little too hard." This statement puts me in red alert. Just spitballing here, but what I glean from this is that it sounds like there was a sexual incident in the past between the victim and some of the boys at the school that might have given her a "reputation." Perhaps that set up the notion in these jackasses heads that she was "easy," "a h0e," and therefore "easy game..." Very sad.
Thoughts...?

I don't give a damn if she was a church goer or a prostitute. No one deserves that.drunk, sober, on heroin! no one. It says alot about the people there who would do this. ALOT As a person who has supported immigrant rights you're losing me just like the blacks did when they started supporting criminal behavior. Maybe these guys on the immigrations forums are right after all

...for community, for mentality, FOR OUR SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT.. I am late to this story, and in a way I am glad. I haven't spent countless hours following this news day-to-day. I have trolled long and hard this evening to play "catch up", however. First and foremost, my deepest sympathy to this young girl. I do not feel that any LIFE should feel threatened in a manner like she was; male or female, black, white, or latino, rich or poor. No one deserves the abuse she took, and I say took because they didn't kill her - I believe that they were contemplating it, whoever did it. What we are all lacking to see in this is the broader picture. This wasn't the first time a thing like this has happened. In fact, instances like this have become quite the norm. Just in *this case the players are all younger. WAY YOUNGER. It happened at an event where parents, teachers and staff should of been held responsible - I hope that they all too see a day in court. We as a people, NO MATTER WHAT COLOR, have forgotten or have never learned what it means to be HUMAN. Sure, we are apt to mistakes, but a mistake of this nature are animalistic. Perpetuated by gang violence and some overdose on porn. You have a group of boys drinking, illegally I might add, discussing what most boys do at that age - girls, in a hostile environment.. you can't help to think that this was bound to happen. I am not giving an excuse, what I am wanting for people to see is that yes, you do have a responsibility to go home at night and teach your sons and daughters about RIGHT and WRONG. You do have the right, AND SHOULD, discuss the right way to "love." It's not down-loadable, it only comes in one position. Parents don't want to tell their children this anymore because they themselves may not know or have been ever taught what it is like to be HUMAN; how to LOVE - properly. That day should come, it should come now and with great fury because if not you will lose your child into a world, a world you have never heard of, a world where gang raping a girl outside her homecoming isn't "wrong" and if caught, deny, deny, deny. I feel with everyone in this case, there is no win in this. THE PARENTS of everyone picked up FAILED. I know that it would be easier to say "He didn't do it" because you won't have to look at the gaps you let your child fall through. You didn't pay attention, now here is your second chance. Do you have more children that haven't fallen through yet? PLAY CLOSE ATTENTION, this is your wake-up call. The young girl, the victim, she doesn't get a second chance at intimacy again. Trust will probably take a while to get back - if ever. Sleep will eventually come, she will eventually eat. She will never forget and this is why my prayers will REMAIN with her and her family.

This beast is probably as guilty as they come. What's a 21 yr old adult doing hanging out at a highschool dance? He's the latino trash that makes us all law abiding honest living latinos look bad as a group. When they confirm his guilt I hope he's locked up with the most desperately horny inmates that will do to him what he did to that poor girl.

So much for all those Elvis butthole lickers who said their boy was going to be released because of lack of evidence and maintained that the dirty little turd was innocent! He's still in jail and on his way to trial and then to the slammer where he is going to be slammed up the pooper regularly! Now that's what I call justice!

From the Richmond police department: "Torrentes is being held on $1.25 million bail, and will face charges of rape in concert, sexual battery and penetration with a foreign object, Gagan said." You have to laugh at these fools who defended their little angel Elvis and said he would soon be released due to lack of evidence, even defended the smirk on his face when he was being hustled away to jail. If that smirk isn't already been wiped off his face (by a big dick up the poop chute!) it soon will be! Don't drop the soap Elvis boy....you are about to be on the receiving end of gang rape for many years to come! Justice will be served!!!

Well you have a so called "culture" where that gangsta rap garbage glorifies punks and thugs and condones every uncivil and criminal act up to and including rape and murder. Women are considered "hoes" and "bitches" whose main purpose in life is to provide sexual satisfaction to the thugs 24/7 or pay the price by being beat up or raped or even killed. Combine that sentiment with violent TV, movies and internet and video games that are nothing more than murder simulators. Then consider that over half of our kids in urban areas (like Richmond and Oakland!) are raised by single mothers, many of them irresponsbile crack heads and welfare sluts. "My baby's daddy" is usually missing in action, out there looking for another "hoe" to impregnate and desert. Really wonder why there are so many "turds with legs" out there? Not me...and I'm not defending these rapist punks at all! We should do the same thing we do with our other SHIT with them!

Don't drop the soap Elvis boy....you are about to be on the receiving end of gang rape for many years to come! Justice will be served!!! Good one Helmet B! I hope that those illiterate gangsta friends of evil el can comprende that he is guilty- there is evidence, and lots of it,- not only was evil el an observer of the gang banging rape, he also sexually assaulted that girl with the bottle, and his other "tiny weapon". Just because he is sorely lacking in "size" and has such a teeny wienie, it is still called rape- you ignorant evil el believers! His defenders have got to be the most ignorant lowlifes around by saying that he was smirking because he knows "they haven't got any evidence on him". Any perv, thug, or just plain criminal, who has just been arrested for a very serious and sickening crime- no matter how "innocent" they believe themselves to be- would not be smirking. That smirk also showed that wretched monster is nothing but a callous predator who has no remorse or guilt feelings for the brutal beating, raping, and sexual assault on an innocent victim. So, evil el defenders- we are right! We're also right about what's going to happen to that perverted sex offender you call "friend" and "family" LOL! You can take it to the bank that evil el will gang raped over and over, more than he dreamed possible. He not only will get the shit beaten out of him, he'll also be getting the shit *#@&*^ out of him "in concert" and with huge for real and foreign objects. So will the other monsters who participated and were arrested because of solid evidence. As for the lookie- losers- karma will get them, or gossip- either way, they will all be punished in one way or another. Those monsters showed no pity, so believe me, they will not get any pity either. Ah- revenge is sweet!
