Police say they've solved disappearance of girl

Police say they have solved the 1988 disappearance of 7-year-old Amber Swartz-Garcia. Pinole Police Chief Paul Clancy says Curtis Dean Anderson confessed in 2007 that he had abducted and killed Amber.
