Are you kiding ...what the hell is going on the Los Angeles Poilice Dept...My God so if u are in a truck do we now need to run...please I hope these 2 inocent women sue the hell out of the Police and the City...

I am sad about the two women. It is a shame when the police do not or will not follow proper procedure. Nothing constitutes this shoot first, then find out too late that you have almost murdered two innocent women.
