Court Says Oklahoma Man Not Mentally Retarded, Is Eligible For Death Penalty
#1 Aug 8, 2012
I don't know if this is good news or not. The death penalty sounds good on paper, but he will only drain a great deal of money from tax payers in the form of appeals. Also, he is in protective custody while on death row. That's just not right; he should be in general population with the other inmates so he can be tortured, and then killed slowly by the prisoners.
Hopefully, someone will let security slip just a bit and some disgruntled felons will be allowed acces to his cell, or perhaps his death will be listed under a rather rare disease like Couey.
I'm convinced someone got to him and it was only listed that he died of anal cancer. At least that's what I'm HOPING is what happened, and with a bit of luck, it will happen to this piece of excrement.
