The police take very matter into consideration. As a former officer, I can assure you that all the evidence is very meticulously analyzed before any conclusion is reached. I personally was involved in cases of habeas corpus as well as coitus interruptus during my time on the force so I know what I'm talking about.

He is 17 so what. He is of age to be considered for the death penalty. Read the penal code about age considerations for being an adult. He knew what he was doing was wrong and during the commission of a criminal act caused the death of another.

He was indeed. He was also apparently a tail gunner as he could have shot for the head of the back but went instead of the buttocks. I'd love to get my hands on those crime scene photos so that I could see the entry wounds.

That whole situation sucked. Wish it never happened, but it did. So now people will have to deal with the consequences of their actions. End of story. Sometimes, it's just better to walk away.

But noone fears you! Your just a vieja with a computer who likes to cause mischief and steal peoples names. Remember, your criminal record is already viewed by many. If I was you, I would just shut the hell up and walk away, Mr. Criminal.

Thing is I am not so sure of what comes up on the threads as some make up anything. By the way IF you knew anything about the case you would understand what really happened there and why you never bring a taser to a gun fight and never rely on the person calling to give all the information. She knew her husband had a hand gun and failed to tell the dispatcher. All they were told was the he was in the garage and was trying to break in and he was drunk again. When he started shooting the officers when back under the partially opened garage door. That is when Andrew was hit and the bullet traveled up and into his abdomen tearing into his large venous vein.

We're talking about Officer Molina and the guys who beat and killed him. Gonzalez (the assailant) has a 5 million dollar bond and is facing an automatic life sentence if convicted. Read the article above.

The dead cops family should sue the city for not providing adequate training for the cop who died. How does a 7 year veteran get his butt kicked by a 17 year old punk. If the dead man is an example of what is out there then these guys can get their asses kicked when it's a one on one scenario and their pd girlfriends are not around to back them up.

Okay idiot, Apply to the EPPD and see how the training goes for you. The kid grabbed the officer's legs near the ankle when he was facing the other kid and yanked up and out. The officer probably hit face down which knocked him out. The the kid proceeded to kick and stomp on him while he was out.
