I don't understand why there are no charges pending. They should have just coldcocked the guy instead of shooting him. He was one hell of a bodybuilder too.

The mayor fumbled on this one when he was asked about it on tv. Of course the cop is guilty, the poor guy was handcuffed. What is there not to understand. The chief of police is crooked, everyone in this town is who is in charge working for the city or county. Especially those who have enough lard around their bellies to put a pigs den to shame. Oh which reminds me:
VOTE FOR ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN VERONICA ESCOBAR.
