I'd say that is about right. He's not perfect but he's damn good and tough as nails. I've seen him in scraps that would make most men wet their pants.

The mayor is nowhere being #5 in the world. He is nowhere being # 5 in the United States or in Texas. He has violated the rights of the voters not once but twice and he failed to return home to El Paso when the freeze hit and caused all the problems it did. There was no reprimands to the El Paso Water Utility CEO or Board and very little reprimand to the El Paso Electric Company for their failure to up grade their energy producing station. He constantly down graded the problems with Juarez and the cartels and laughed at the idea of cross border violence which was proved twice in 2010 and 2011.
