I cant imagine how Officer Gabe Peralta who was accused of beating up Luna in the Court Inquiry, who was also in the middle of the Hollenbeck alleged rape with the DA Investigators son, can possibly be accused of such a crime???

Theres no way its all false and his friendship with Chief Wiles has nothing to do with these false accusations. Officer Carrizal is just a liar and jealous of Peralta. The fact that he was in the middle of two courts of inquiry was just Teresa Caballero going after innocent men who happened to be related to DA Esparza's retired Police Officer now Investigator.

Oh sorry I went off for a moment reliving what the TC bashers and EPPD defenders were crying on the top of their lungs three years ago...I'm glad I never believed them.

Judging by this article and Sambrano's response it appears that Peralta is still invincible and untouchable. I wonder if he hangs out with Dean Kinder?

Oppps better stay quiet dont want them to pull an Edward Hernandez on me and have the EPPD park outside my office.

Forget I said this

the fact that gabe peralta is involved in all these suspicious matters is just a big coincidence. the fact that his ex-partner ratted him out is another conincidence. if it were true the department would have investigated him or kicked him out already. i think

Gabe Peralta ia a thug in uniform, just as Dean Kinder is. Is Dean Kinder still testifying under oath for the EPPD and Jaime Esparza? Only in El Paso could a cop found guilty of aggravated perjury in the COI still be used to testify in court. It is time to take back our city, with a vote for non-corruption. Vote for Theresa Caballero for DA and Al Patino for Sheriff. It will be the first step in the right direction. I like Wilkins as well, but he is not as emphatically against DIMs, as Patino. We can no longer allow our local government to trample on our constitutional rights.

gabe would not jeoperdize his career in the force for a low life punk off the streets. people need to understand that professionalizm only goes so far and once someone steps out of line then "crack" some punk get's taken off his feet. law enforcement in general has it's pro's and con's it is not an easy job ecspecially when dealing with people. gabe good luck to you bro keep up the good work.

I don't think anybody is judging all the cops. There are many good officers in the EPPD. Unfortunately to survive in this overwhelmingly corrupt dept. they must play the game. Those who don't are ostracized and intimidated and retaliated against until they give up fighting and learn to play the game or just give up and quit. We have Leon first and then Wiles to thank for the lack of morale and integrity in the EPPD. That's why the Sheriffs dept. has a much lower attrition rate, better morale, and very few excessive force complaints. We have Sheriff Leo Samaniego to thank for that. For this reason I will be voting for Patino or Wilkins for Sheriff. We must maintain integrity in at least one of our law enforcement entities.

I didn't criticize Sheriff Samaniego. I praised him. Sheriff Samaniego was a rare treasure and all El Pasoans were lucky to have him.

BA dont control shit besides el paso and juarez prisons, i say death penalty to all of them. they come out of prison (TDC) and are one thing, "TECATOS"(Heroin addicts, lowlifes) all they know is give me commisary or you will get beat up..typical lowlifes. get jobs and as for the officer, good luck on this one if u ever get to TDC for anything, most of the BA is locked down for the WAR going on in there.
