A friendly reminder,

MEXICO CITY – The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City is warning American citizens of the possibility of a surge in violence in the wake of the arrests in the United States of several people linked to the Los Zetas drug cartel.

A security message posted on the Web site of the U.S. Consulate in Matamoros, a city in the northeastern Mexican state of Tamaulipas, warns travelers of "the enhanced potential for violence" following the arrest Tuesday of Jose Treviño Morales and several associates.

I wonder how much money was laundered through the Sunland Park Race Track and Casino? How much was laundered through the Ruidoso Race Track? What is going to happen to the racing horses that were seized. How long are they going to be impounded? IF they are kept too long and left without training the horses will never be raced and they will lose their value. Just how much money was given in the Sunland Park City elections by the cartels?

Oh my,
The picnic rule...
Ya don't crap where ya eat.

"In El Paso, murder's bad for business," he said. "In Juarez, it is business
The reason is twofold, Jordan said: Cartels fear American law enforcement agencies because they respond to violence more swiftly and forcibly than do their Mexican counterparts, and "since the U.S. is the primary consumer, the cartels will try and avoid disturbing the hand that feeds them."
Still, there are exceptions. Jordan says there have been many kidnappings and a couple of beheadings on U.S. soil.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Taurus

The sad fact is that a certain person isn't making much sense right now. They seem to be talking nonsense, or maybe they've got the wrong end of the stick but are hanging on to it for grim death and refuse to let you correct them. Mind you, there's also the possibility that you're the one who has got themselves in a muddle but doesn't realize it. Scary!
