How can Billy go to trail when he wasn't even involved in an auto accident? Billy was at the bar getting drunk as a skunk that he didn't even have anytime to drive and drink!
It was Billy's truck that ran over and killed Jay Grady, the truck started all by itself and decided to go jay riding!
The trail should be moved to Florida at the request of Sib Abraham, since all the lawyers that are representing Billy are crook criminals themselves.

Let's let a jury of his peers decide. That wasn't the case in Florida since there were no black folks on the jury. But let's give him a fair hearing.

This sounds like a court case for the fair and square experience of Judge Judy to run the show. Even if the jury says he is not guilty. She would have him and his Dad castrated anyhow just for showing up in her courtroom.

My nephew is facing similar charges and he wasn't even juiced. He borrowed my car to go to 7-11 and get me a couple of tall boys because I like to unwind in the evenings. I lost my license so he volunteered to go for me and now he's facing a litany of trumped up charges. There's no justice for the black men anymore and he's just a child like Trayvon.

My drinking has nothing to do with this. I lost my license and I'm law abiding so I don't drive anymore. The charges were driving without a license, open container, DWI and resisting arrest. But he never opened the tall boys and was only pulled over because he's black. He looks much older than he is so they shouldn't have questioned him not having a license. They added all the others because they don't like black people out on the streets.

You need to simmer down and pipe down. If you keep spouting off about race, someone is going to leave you butt up with a flower in it. The star from Glee has died so have a heart and lay off the chronic.

George Zimmerman and Billy Abraham are kind of the same people sort of speak! They both killed a black person and got away with it.
Is there any chance that the trail could be moved to the state of Florida where known criminals are let off the hook?
Like Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman, because Billy Abraham desperately needs the same kind of treatment of justice where he walks away a free man.
Besides Sib Abraham, Billies Dad says that Billy was not drinking that day.
And further more, the incident took place way back in July 21 2010, it will be exactly three long years so how can anyone remember that far back?
I had to go to me diary and read it over again and again, then I even forgot what I was even reading, so how on Earth can anyone remember what happened of July 21,2010? I sure can't remember that far back.
Billy Abraham's dad has hired some pretty infamous attorneys, like Houston based attorney Dick De Guerin a seriously kick butt lawyer that defended Majority Leader Tom Delay, and David Koresh.
So can I ask anyone here! where is the justice for Jay Grady? is he going to go the same way as Trayvon Martin? Whats Up El Paso, Whats Up America USA?
Where is the justice for these poor African Americans? George Zimmerman is white but the Media says he is Hispanic, and Billy Abraham is Syrian but he looks white as Bed Sheets! And where is the Murder weapon? surely by now Billy's dad bought him a new pickup truck with a fancy rifle rack.

I say live and let live. It's a shame how they massacred that poor, black boy but life goes on. We all need to come together as one and stop the nonsense.

That's nothing. They could have added drug charges, stolen property, rape charges a white girl or guy under age or robbery he got of luck. So thank heaven and lucky stars they didn't. All because he was black wow. Maybe he should get some of those Michael Jackson treatments if this continues on.

Dear Ms Lori Dunn, I totally agree with you, but now my question rest with Billy Abraham? Is he going to get away with murder? How could anyone have such low disregard for a 47 year old "Black" man, a human life was taken away; I'm just in total disbelieve that our criminal justice system could go a whole 3 years and 4 months to finally bring this case before a jury.
Who ever is responsible I bet was betting that everyone would forget about the whole thing, but only a very few of us didn't forget about that tragic incident where Mr Billy Abraham ran over that gentleman while he was crossing the street.
Now Billy's Abraham's father is saying that Jay Grady was trying to commit suicide by wearing black attire and stepping into the street. Then getting run over by a white pickup truck, poor old Mr Grady didn't even know what hit him as Billy sped off and left the crime scene.
I don't know if you are familiar with the case, but Mr Billy is a cronic Drunk, drinks everyday till he falls off the bar stool, then drinks some more till they close the bar. Then the very next day Billy is the very first customer to walk through the door of the bar.
As for Trayvon Martin, I feel so sorry for that boy, he didn't need to die the way he did, but I'm glad that he did give George Zimmerman a good whooping before George took his life.
But back to Mr Billy Abraham that old no good drunk that gets behind the wheel while he is impaired smelling like stinking whiskey and up to no good.

I didn't realize he was stinking when he drove! That changes things in my book and now I'd like to see him in the slam. We can't have that in this town, maybe if we had a steel mill or something. He probably got a lot of tail but now he'll have to strip down before he goes to sleep at night.
