I don't buy this list ranking at all. It doesn't take a genius to know that. I think we have someone who simply threw a bunch of places out for the hell of it. When I googled this subject Afghanastan particularly Kabul came up first. The person who charted that list doesn't know jack from crap. I have friends whom I served in the military with who are over in Iraq and Afghanastan and these two places far out way danger zones accross the world.

Your **** doesn't really count as a creditable source baboso. I'd much rather enjoy a lunch at Los Arcos or any other restaurant in Juarez than anywhere in Bagdad.
ur right baghdad is probably worse! but the main difference is that in baghdad u know ur in a war zone and can be attacked so u always know ur unsafe. plus baghdad is more like a shit hole than a city!. Juarez on the other hand is still a fully functional city with restaurants, clubs, and things of that nature... and thats why it makes it so dangerous because u can be killed kidnapped raped carjacked at any time and any place. Plus I think u would feel safer in Juarez is because u probably can communicate with them... Baghdad on the other hand u would stick out like a sore thumb! Im sure people in baghdad would say the same thing! " I would rather be in Baghdad than in Juarez"!

And this list is bassed on what data? Do you have any sources for this? Did you make it on your own or have you been to all these cities? I don't know about you, but I personaly would feel a lot safer in Ciudad Juarez or any city in Mexico than in Bagdad or many other cities around the world.
Im in Baghdad right now, trust Juarez is the most dangerous city in the world!

All military is recommended to stay out of Juarez as it is the number one on the list of most dangerous cities in the world as presented to us by our government.

death toll reached over 1600 by mid august and just this month starting sept. 1st there have been 150 killed up till the end of the 15th of this month of sept. Juarez is really messed up. Also everyone seems to take the easy way out by saying they should legalize drugs even weed. That is not the answer thats giving up. Weed is ilegal and there should be tougher laws for drug smuggling and the media should really cover that so people know the consequences they face.

This is true when I wrote this in the middle of last year I was full of BS, I found that list somewhere and inserted Juarez as number 1…..Well after a little over a year Juarez is the most dangers city in the world, no more BS…Complete disregard for human life, almost complete lawlessness to the point of anarchy, a military comprised of cowards that add to the problem and fail to find a solution. A mayor who hides in El Paso for fear of being murdered than goes on an American national television program and gives himself credit for taking the murder rate from 10 a day to only 2, yet the day he came out on television 32 people where murdered and 23 the next day including the 18 in the rehabilitation center. A murder happens and police and detectives analyze the situation, find out what caliber of gun was being used and case closed’

Many people in the military here that have been here for a while and have served in Afghanastan have told me they would rather serve in the middle east any day of the week rather than go back into Juarez. People get killed as sson as they cross the border and now it seems its just for fun. In Juarez they do kill you for a pair of shoes. people have been killed at a stop light and have found the cars after they took it for a joy ride and the few people that have been caught give stupid reasons like they didnt want to ride the bus another said he didnt want to walk and didnt have money for a taxi so they hijack cars and they take the owners and kill them and they still go for joy rides after that they find the cars burned up. so please people dont even compare. I see the stuff that happens on a daily and you cant compare.
