It is better to deny, deny, deny.....Mr. Roark you are still not being honest, and to use God and prayer to soften your exit, you are still going to face the music and be held accountable, just like the other two.

To borrow from one of my favorite bands, "Well the God I believe in isn't short of cash mister!"

Good riddens of this plagued individual. I hope this hypocrite gets what he deserves, just like all the other thugs!

You couldn't have said it any better. There is a far greater punishment to be had than that of man.

Why does the public always harass anyone implicated in this FBI witch hunt? It's ridiculous to assume someone is guilty with no proof. I thought America, which includes El Paso, had a law that states, "Innocent until proven guilty."

You are right, of course, but when you ponder the "evidence" as it has been reported to date, it is only human nature to speculate. Yes, he is using God and prayer to seemingly soften is exit and sway public opinion, just my opinion, I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.

Yea, you're right about the innocence of an individual. However, when you have dealt with this guy who parades himself as an Arch Angel just visiting us poor dumb humans, his condescending attitude reveals his true colors. So, it's cool to see him sweat and pray because he knows that if he goes to prison, he's going to know--first hand--what exactly is meant by "Detroit"!

Seems pretty cut and dried, regardless of what may come out of the FBI investigation, he doesn't live in the area anymore, he's leaving the board. Anything else at this point is just blind conjecture, I think wait for the indictments and then let loose with your condemnations.

Mr. Roark do not drop the soap at prison, to where you are going and deserve it. They are going to punk you out and make you a little *itch.

They should pass a law to execute corrupt public officials for stealing the hard earned money of the tax payer.

It's such a shame that the tax payers always have to suffer because of greed. The saying goes "you reap what you sow". Mr. Roark be careful......

Think of the EPISD board in 2002. Mena, Telles Wever, Roark, Finke, Garcia, Rosales. All gone. The only good ones then were Garcia and Rosales. They thought about the children, and not themselves, the union, or the kickbacs they could receive from vendors. The board today is so much better than it was six years ago.

I bet the Fed's are right behind his ass. All the rats in El Paso politics are being flushed out by FBI Extermination Company. All the so called outstanding civic leaders who have been putting up this front for so many years are now shitting in their pants. Charles will now join the elite class of scum bags like Carlos Cordova, Raymond Telles and Mickey Duntley and they can all wallow in their self made shit!
