What a great success story. Hopefully his children don't ruin the business.

This man is mean and his business shortchanges people by misleading them when they come in. They promise you the world but when you have an issue or a claim they just leave you out in the rain.

How funy the day this story was run, Fred Loya Jr was arrested for Family Violence!!!!! Any other known member of the community would have nonstop coverage on an allegation of this. Why not the Loya's???

I guess owning the place allows you to assault people whenever you like. Look at the arrest photos for family violence..... funny he was arrested the same time this story was ran!

hope he does something about the mistreatment of many of the employees that are on the "low -end" of the command chain. They get treated like crap, I know because I was one, I had faith that if I worked hard I would prevail. I did what they told me to do, even when some of the things I found to be unfair and misleading to the clients, still I did what I was told, made sure I was on time every single day, I surpassed all the quotas...and still I never had the oppurtunity to rise up in the company as I was told I would when I had applied. Then, some gurl (who's name I will not mention because I still have some decency in me) gets promoted to HR!!! well she carries the title "HR Clerk" since she has no formal training or credentials to sho for it...oh and might I add she is dating our manager. Thanks Fred Loya, I regret not having done further research before applying to this copany, I was making more money through my unemployeement!!!! employees are disposable to them, and they hire young people who do not know when their rights are being abused, they expect so much from employees and give back so little, this is how they have grown into their "multimillion" dollar company. Don't pay employees well, and don't pay claims = profit for Mr. Fred Loya....while everyone else gets screwed over!!! I hope someone does something and shuts them down quick!!! This story doesn't fool me, maybe they started off with good intentions, and I understand how the insurance business works, but the crap employees go through is rediculous!

Yes, it is - i think he bought it cash one trip to L.A.- i was working for the media at the time, and some co-workers had to wine and dine him since he was opening up locations over there. He dropped, thousands at a strip bar, and from what i was told, and also saw a car drive by on the 405 and told his driver, he wanted one just like it, and they went and bought a car... Must be nice...

Completley disagree with you! I also have worked for the company for 7 years & I think its a great company. There are many opportinities given to everyone, even to travel & do more. Of course it's not perfect as in every business, but I always see them looking to improve. I've always been trained to do the right thing for the customers but again if you don't truly know the business you wouldn't understand. I'm sorry that you manager may not have been a good one but bad managers can be found in any company.

The thing I like most about this man is the lovely, festive light show he puts on each year during the holidays. It's always so beautiful to behold and it gives a lot of lonely people hope and joy during the Christmas season. Bless this man and his charitable heart.

I never thought of that but it's a great idea! I enjoy a good bun grab and can't wait for the show this year. I'll have a handful of butt cheek before music begins.

In El Paso, TX, Fred Loya Insurance, LP, has an "F" rating with the BBB. Please look it up for yourself and warn everyone you care about.

All I know is they we were in accident on Jan 1st 2014 and there has not hardly been any communication with Fred Loyas Adjuster !
We have to leave multiple messages! Yep I'm still hurting and we are left without a rental for several days at a time! Accident was not Ben out fault!

1. Get a GOOD lawyer.

2. File a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office.
