If you're drunk and have an accident (and no one else is hurt other than just a messed up car) just run and hide. They can't test you when you are not around.

They will find you when they trace your car tags however you can tell them that you went seeking medical attention and fell asleep at a friends house.

Seriously! All they can then cite you with is for leaving the scene of an accident which is a lot better than a DWI. This has worked for many people and at least once a week we hear of some drunk leaving their F....ed up car somewhere but the driver is no where to be found.

It works!

It works!
I have done this myself. I believe back then the ticket was $90. That's a hell of alot better than a DWI....

Everyone on here is a hypocrite because you know you all have driven drunk or even plastered before at some point in your life, right? I dont drink anymore, I cold turkeyed it. Had to.

Actually, most officers on night patrol are half in the bag themselves. They basically only arrest someone if they are more loaded than they are. It's a nice system and seems to work well.
