El Paso-area schools: New English exam format stumps students
While Texas high school students this spring posted improved passing rates on end-of-course state exams required for graduation in topics such as biology and algebra, success on the English exams, which combined reading and writing for the first time this year, was harder to come by.

Too many of our kids today are busy playing grab ass in the shower instead of studying or participating in the Arts.

The kids are like sponges its the lazy teachers that dont understand the test and cant teach it .

No it's the kids from Juarez who mooch off our free education and get a free scholarship on Uncle Sam to attend UTEP/Jewtep.
The kids don't seem to understand that they're getting a free education in the United States. It appears as though they think they're still in Cuidad Juarez; Perhaps the nicer more prominent side Cuidad Juarez. However someone should enlighten them that they are in E Paso a city within the great State of Texas inside the United States.
