Well I guess you really don't know too much about the check point at Alamogordo. It is on US 70 and checks the eastbound traffic from Las Cruces NM. The other check point in on US 54 north out of El Paso. Ain't nowhere near Roswell. That's Alien country of another kind over there.

I'm glad you posted that considering how many animal haters we have these days. Animals serve a wonderful purpose and we all need to support the Humane Society at this time of the year.

I do like dogs as well and have had a few pointers in the past when I went hunting. However, some local dog has been pissing all over my flowers lately and I don't know what to do about it.

Well what ever you do be nice ok. Like if you have sprinklers hook up a montion detector to them, a small fence of some sort, try to find and talk to the owners about it, if they do nothing go piss on their flowers or cars or trucks, call animal control what ever you do don't call the ElPaso Police Dept.they will more than likley shoot the dog. Last I have not seen any flowers at this time of year in alot of yards around ElPisso

I keep flowers until there's a hard freeze and the incident happened last a couple of weeks ago. I would never harm a dog so don't worry about that but I have no idea who the owner is and the dog has no tags. He's a beautiful animal but I don't like him pissing all over the place. I thought dogs preferred a fire hydrant anyway. My zinnias have been ruined.
