I hate these GD tolls. I never have any coins on me and they won't change hundred dollar bills.

just a reminder to all our hermanos y hermanas from our beloved sister city; the toll lane is completely FREE and LEGAL for you people to use. don't let ANYBODY tell you otherwise, including the media. all that talk about pushing legislation to allow for foreigners to be tolled is just that, TALK. more like lip service actually. spin, meant to placate locals. so please enjoy your new free express lane! another perk brought to you compliments of the american taxpayer! what a country!

I was fixing to go to one of these Raza meetings but my friend told me they get quite wild, with strippers and booze and the like. I don't go in for all that kinky stuff. I like women with big boobs but only at home. I don't care to see them waving them around in public.

No you may not drive on it.
Roads cost money.
You need to earn a living then you can have a say.

Want to stick it to the man? Here is an idea. Every 17 days use the last leg of the toll road once (either east or west bound). That will cost you only $0.40 cents which you will be mailed a bill for. Mail them a check payment. It will cost the CRRMA more in postage and payment processing costs than it will take in on your $0.40 cents! Just make sure you only use the toll lane only once every 17 days. The CRRMA will be using a 16 day billing cycle. Better yet play it safe and only do it every 21 days or once every 3 weeks. If we keep that up for 15 years and keep the toll road unprofitable TXDOT will convert the toll lanes back to free lanes! If we all work together maybe even sooner!

You are forgetting this is El Paso where anybody and everybody who receives a check from the taxpayers is a scumbag thief. With your idea all the thieves will do is increase the toll and then increase taxes so they can increase their checks to pay for the toll and make it profitable. So that from the juaranos who receive welfare checks all the way up to the school superintendents will have a nice clear hi-way to travel on while the rest of us will be forced to use Northloop or Alameda.

All the rich Mexicans live on the Eastside. We don't have to worry about using the toll road to go to The Lone Star Caed office because we can get them over the internet.

Look at the ZipCash FAQ on the epexpress.org website. If you pay by mail there is processing fee included, so it won't just cost you 40 cents. Just don't use the lane and be done with it. Or use it and drive exactly the 60 mph speed limit. That will do more to mess things up than anything else.
