El Paso City Council votes for state court bid to silence ballpark...

The city will ask a state court, possibly in Travis County, to validate that it can issue bonds for the Downtown ballpark and thereby bring a halt to all the lawsuits and petitions aimed at stopping the demolition of City Hall.

Council stifling voters is NOT the way to make friends.

The next council should confiscate the property and assets of the current politicans in order to pay for the albatross stadium!
