Oh! Finally El Paso understands that bi-lingual doesn't mean you can only speak Spanish? Wonderful! I'm glad to hear it. Make sure to tell the employers.
This restaurant sounds like my kind of place!

When I studied abroad in Germany, I ate Döner Kebab four or five times per week. Imagine my surprise when a Kebab place opened in El Paso, of all places, since most other major U.S. cities don't have them.
I went on the first day they opened. These things are AMAZING, surprisingly authentic and absolutely delicious. Can't wait to eat there again and again and again. Bring cash!

Grouch - "Bi-" means "2", of course. But the economics of who works for what pay often determines who will serve, bus, cook, etc.
"Bi-lingual" doesn't specify WHICH two languages are under discussion, only that there are two of them.
Hope you can enjoy your meal in peace ...

This restaurant sounds like my kind of place! Groucy try it with Chicos green jalapeno sauce and in addition to bi-lingual you can have a bi-cultural kebab
