New freeway route OK'd despite citizen opposition

Hurry up and build this thing. Make it a toll highway if you have to. I'm willing to pay big money to shorten my drive from Cabot to west Little Rock every day!

They need to complete Hwy 67 North before they do anything else near Little Rock- it's the main route from St. Louis to Little Rock!
