Mechelle "Too Slow"? This chick is a headcase, from Day 1 she's been a pain in the ass...I guess she didn't learn from the shit they put in her Posse Box...
She was all about the attention, like the time she had an open mic and told Rios how "all the guys want her etc etc etc"
As far as Al talking to her chest, What else could he do? 1. He's short 2. There were no issues before she had her boobs done!

Cadet. Let's hope you never get hired by El Monte. If your attitude is reflective of the type of people produced by the El Monte cadet pool, it's no wonder we have the kind of screwed up sociopaths we do in this department.

you are so right now is the time for us as resident to reconsider who we elect next month. let me enlighten you for a moment. a few years back my son came home with a eye injury he told me it happen playing ball. come to find out a few hours later he had been shot with a bb gun belonging to the grandson of our Mayor Mr Guttirrez. we spent most of the night in the emergency room early the next morning I went to the Mayors home and explained my son condition. it apperaed that his grandson brought the gun it was shot by another child and hit my son dead center in the eye. I aked the other boys family to assist me with the cost of medication 20.00 to cover the 60.00 dollars my insurance did not cover. all Ernie did was rant about how he was not going to go down for this and banned his grandchildren from coming over except for holidays. wow what does that tell you I sure don't want him for Mayor again I cannot wait to cast ballot I would rather have a someone we hardly know than MR. Cover My A$$ Guttirrez

i agree ! they should give out polygraphs should be given out start with POA for lying to the community with all this garbage about how they care about the community when they are really screwing it over. They have some nerve to complain about Jim Musseden when they have an officer that has done the same (Tromp), a police officer that was drunk in public and made threats (glick), an intoxicated police sgt who committed a hit and run (providente), and the list goes on ..........
let's see...what about john batres? he had to resign because his wife/gf reported that he abused her or something to do with domestic violence. and ralph? don't get me started on him-he uses and abuses women as sexual objects....he's 42, showing gray, and does NOT have a big john. i would not be surprised if he grows old alone, hes a pervert always hittin on younger girls and they just laugh at him. pffffftttt.....with glick, h.hernandez, rodriguez, avalos, penny, garcia, and others to name a few are all corrupt. ican not wait for LASD to take over.......

A smart one does...A blind man could of seen the direction the PD was headed when Clayton left. I ended up with the Big City so I think I made the right choice.

YOU SAID: "This is the first POA group to stand up to the machine."
THE TRUTH: The Police Union IS THE MACHINE. Everyone will be better off if and when it is dismantled.
YOU SAID: "I must admit Clayton ran a tight ship of Corruption, not 1% of this stuff would have ever gotten out in the past."
THE TRUTH: Two of the three events list in the LA times articles at the top of this string were committed (and went unpunished) under Clayton's watch.
YOU SAID: What happened to titan.
OBSERVATION: Titan is no longer part of the transit village project. BUT THE REAL QUESTION IS, what happened to the "slam dunk" investigation Glick and Waltersheid headed up - how long has it been now 2? 3? months AND NO CHARGES FILED. Doesn't seem to say much about their investigative abilities. Hey is it true that someone in the PD computer department was stealing equipment from under their noses a few years back and only got caught when the civilian purchasing agent noticed something wrong. C'mon Glick and Waltersheid. Why didn't you catch that?

If it were not for the POA the good people working for this agency would get steamrolled. This is the first POA group to stand up to the machine. In the past the POA was OWNED by the administration. There is a ranking PD Officer with a secret. If you knew what it was, you would be embarrassed to know him. Get out your bible, read it, understand it and go confess your sin. You will not get away with treating people like dirt and think you are beyond reproach.

Now finally I can comment on something of this nature. Here you have a sworn Police Officer who was able to keep his job back in 98 and a common citizen who broke the law over 5 years ago, Petty Theft and any department won't even consider hiring due to one misdeameanor charge. I see here a Double Standard. Well so much for wanting to try to get your life right and work in Public Service....I would like to hear the public's comments
I can't necessarily agree with you on that. I used to process PD employee applicant ppwk when I worked for many years at a PD in SGV (retired now). I have seen quite a few applicants get hired as sworn for various misd. charges. I believe the key is if they are up front and honest about an arrest. Although I think how old the offense was and their age at the time of offense would also be factors. Maybe also what type of misd. charge. What's the misd. charge you are referring to?

Damn, I am kind of surpised to be hearing all the alleged dirt on some of the officers at EMPD.

I would have to say there were many non-sworns who were interested in working there because the pay was much better than the PD that I worked for.

I would have to say that some of the things mentioned here go on at all depts. I know they did and probably still do at the one I worked for.

I would think much of the same goes on in much of society as well. I suppose you are expected to be held to higher standards with this type of career though.

Soliciting Prostitutes is nothing new at EMPD. Capt. Pete Mirales was detained twice by Pasadena PD trying to pick up prostitutes, one time Pasadena PD had to give foot chase. Then there was FORD... EMPD Detective John Cearie picked up a prostitute in Pomona and ran from Pomona PD. Another EMPD Cop (Mendoza) was not long ago detained by Pomona PD for the same thing, plus rumor has it, there was a short car chase involved. They have another Sergeant (Alvarez) who rolled back the odometer on his Porsche when he sold it to an EMPD Reserve COP. The same Sgt. got the Reserve fired cause he wouldn't give him free Audio & Video equipment at his house in Cherry Valley. All these Cops got to keep their jobs cause the administration likes them, while others were let go for frivolous reasons, cause the administration didn't like them. This chief says he can't comment on personal matters, well isn't that convenient. That's just an easy way to operate on the DL and continue the cover-ups. The latest Cop they let go for frivolous reasons was Sgt. Providente because he wouldn't be influenced by former chief (Welden). Providente through due process, won his job back, but the administration will not let him come back to work, even after a judge told the City to reinstate him. Interestingly the two Lieutenants (Roach & Hernandez) who investigated and recommended termination for Providente were less than truthful during their investigation to the point evidence was fabricated and it appears at least one of them lied under oath. Roach & Hernandez are the future leaders of this corrupt organization, so it continues...
The cycle of corruption needs to be broken, it goes all the way back to Clayton (OG). Polygraphs need to be given. DOJ needs to investigate this corrupt organization... There needs to be civilian review. These people are sworn to uphold the law, but it's a do as I say, not as I do type of deal...
PS - ALL OF THE ABOVE IS TRUE & There Is a Lot More!!!
As for Marin, shes was just one of the guys, talks like um & acts like um too...
Roach can play his invisable violin and become the Doctor Evil and Santos can become Number Two and lead this altruitic organization into the twenty first century with style.

Of course they are bunch of drunks! But how many of them are convicted of driving under the influence and hit & run. They are also the biggest sluts! We have great officers in the community, unfortunately, its the POA Board Members that back stabbing their department and the community. Clayton still runs the show here.
