As cops led a man away who was kicked in the head by an officer and arrested after a long police chase Wednesday, one big word could be seen tattooed across his neck: FLORES.

I remember the case with Mr. Viera. I went and donated money and baked goods and bottled water. My husband was killed before David. we have the same attorney I settled not that it is any consolation. They're the biggest gang in El Monte right now???? LMAO!!! They have been since the beginning and always will be the biggest and most powerful gang in ALL of El Monte!! I have noticed that they are out of control and not very organized these days though... too bad some of these younger members need to be controlled and held accountable for they're actions...

Lucky 'Turdly" wasn't in Tijuana or in any part of Mexico the cops there would have torn off his head, used it for bowling ball and set his carcass on fire.
Just check todays body count in Baja.
Find a lawyer in Mexico to take that case.

To the idiots who think the officer was justified in kicking the arrestee in the head, exactly what is the justification in kicking a man who is face down and not offering any resistance whatsoever. Whrn a police officer assaults another person, it is a crime ane trust me, it WILL be prosecuted. The chief of police and the union's lawyer may say otherwise, but they know deep down, this guy is history, along with the supervisor at the scene. El Monte PD has given itself a big black eye over this kick.

Then I guess your husband was another gang roach in el monte like Viera. Had he not been a criminal he would probably be alive. Eventually, he would have been killed in a drive by or during his time in jail (that where criminals go). Gang members are only victims of their own stupid behavior, but its always someone else fault; especially the police (in their dumb mentality). Unfortunately, the devil never acknowledges the truth nor takes responsibility.
Grow up! As for his unborn child I could have just imagine the role model he would have been but I am sure he has other family members who are gang members who will fill in his shoes.
