Call it the revenge of Randy Parraz. The man who organized the end of former state Senate President Russell Pearce's Career is returning -- MacArthur-like -- to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors' auditorium , the place where he was falsely arrested in 2008 by Joe's boys in beige while seeking to hold the MCSO's jefe accountable.

Or be a citizen and look like an illegal,
They'll arrest you for just "looking" like an illegal? Are you sure about that?

If you really don't know, they illegally assumed jurisdiction and ruled first that the Florida supreme court could not adjudicate between conflicting requirements of the law, which is the main reason for that court to exist. The USSC ruled that no changes of the law can be made. Then they ruled that the law had to be changed, but could not be changed, so therefore bush won the election, while all the laws have been rejected. So they threw out the election, while mandating the results. If the election had simply been thrown out, the electoral college votes would be thrown out but they didn't allow that, instead appointing bush.
No matter how you attempt to interpret that ruling, you have to contend that it is self-contradictory. The court then made that ruling unable to be used as a precedent. Again, illegal, but what is it supposed to mean? That they understand the rulings was nonsensical?
The only things nonsensical here are your ramblings. This version of events may have happened in your world, but no one else's

That is what the controversy is all about.

Is that what it will say on the arrest paperwork? "Looking" like an illegal? Again, are you sure that wasn't hyperbole?

Based on what I've seen, what I've looked up, interviews with this guy, it's not difficult to assess his bigotry. His track record does speak for itself. Sorry if my opinion does not coincide with yours.
It should be noted my opinion reflects the voters of Maricopa county, yours doesn't. A lot of hispanic voters there, too.

Apparently, you've been brainwashed by the media. First of all, this happened over FOUR years ago. Secondly, when Arpaio learned about it, he fired those responsible, reasigned others, and then assigned THIRTY detectives to follow up on the reports. The reports were all followed to conclusion long ago. It was a dead issue until the extreme left, the open-borders radicals, and the liberal media resurrected it to try to smear Arpaio.
Rape isn't a serious crime in Mexico, obviously " new immigrants" bring their "customs" here.

I guess you slept through the election. Easy to do since the USSC tossed the election to install their guy. They had some debts to pay, you know for the political appointment to the bench for life.
Got some proof? Nah, you don't, just spewing.

bush??? a liberal??? LOL, you have got to be joking. How can you be more conservative than bush????
The USSC voided the election to appoint bush. Had the law been followed, Gore would have been president. Asking that the ballots be counted according to law is not a dirty trick. Demanding the USSC to throw out the election and appoint bush is.
Clearly, you're not too bright. Among conservatives, Bush was well-known as a liberal Republican, aka a RINO. The brainless left called him a conservative because they think "conservative" os a dirty word.

As for the 2000 election, it was Gore who was breaking Florida law in his weeks-long attempt to steal the election. Ultimately, the Supreme Court ordered that Florida law be followed. That put a stop to Gore's desperate attempt to change the will of The People by selectively recounting over and over just the heavily Democrat precincts.

Yes, that is the conspiracy theory put forth by loony, leftwing paranoid schizophrenics. However, there is no evidence that any of those machines has EVER actually been tampered with. I think it's more case of the leftists being afraid that the machines may prevent THEM from committing their legendary vote fraud that they do with the paper ballots.

Again, almost everything you say has no reality. That would be like me saying that so and so is a conservative because they have been convicted of treason and thus could not be a liberal, so it is well known that he is a conservative.

bush is called a conservative, because that is what he calls himself. And other self-proclaimed conservatives called him conservative as well. It only changed when they realized the results of conservative polices were a disaster. His polices were essentially attacks on liberal positions. In no way was he liberal.

In the 2000 election, you can make all the accusations you want, but you cannot change that the USSC threw out the election and appointed bush. You can claim it is a loony left conspiracy, but you cannot change the rulings, as written by Scalia himself. You cannot magically make more votes for bush appear and then pretend bush would have won anyway. Saying it that way is an admission that the election was tossed. Besides he would not have won anyway. He lost and used the USSC to void the election.
