Last time I was there I found it to be even more expensive than Albertson's.

Yes, that may well be the case. The stores are rater nice but I find the prices are high and I don't approve of their union busting ways. I'd rather shop where people are treated better.

Customer friendly they are top shelf. Union? If the employees were not happy they would vote the union in. Prices? Just shop their sales, they are GREAT. Produce, meat, deli and bakery all high quality. Just not as close or crowded as Fry's

Obviously you are not familiar with the recent history of Basha's union busting.

And that is precisely the attitude that the bosses like to see. That is the attitude that anyone who works at Walmart has because if they don't share it they they don't get the job. The Bash's case is one of the more flagrant and scandalous examples of a business that abuses and mistreats the employees. Still...the stores are nice, even if the prices are high.

If they were bad to the employees they would not keep them. They would be off to Frys, Safeway or others. The Bashes on Thunderbird has many of the same people there for years. BTW where I buy my gasoline is not a union place.

It might be less effort to simply admit that you don't know anything about this. Typing all that nonsense will just make you tired and require another trip to Safeway, which also has a very nice store around here, as does Fry's.

Really? Which one? I have witnessed some astoundingly rude people in Safeway at Bell and Del Webb. New York refugees, mostly judging by their talk.

Bashas should be ashamed. I worked for them in 1993 in Sedona and it was a beautiful clean store. We had rules as employees regarding appearance and our jobs. We were trained to do things a certain way and we followed directions. The Bashas store in Sun City West is a mess and a disgrace. Fly's in the bakery case bakers and deli workers with filthy uniforms and aprons....where is management. This store won't be around long once Fry's opens their doors!! To bad they were once a wonderful store.
