One of the worst road side service experience I have ever I mean ever experienced. Spoke to a guy named jimmy there countless of times and each time he becomes a bigger and bigger asshole. If it wasn't for jimmy I would love this service but he was a complete jerk. He didn't have a single care for any of my questions nor concerns.
huh

You have the ability to post a comment on topix but not the ability to due even the slightest amount of work and find a highly reviewed company? You could have searched google for a towing service, they have the ratings right by the names of the companies. Did you search and call those companies? Were they $5 more so you went with someone else?

Did you ever think, maybe your the asshole?

Why are you calling a business countless times? Are you lonely ? My patience would have run out with you somewhere between the third and infinite call/calls . So, we've established your a complete pain in the ass. Now, you want to be a thorn in the side too! Good job! Why don't you apologize to this company for your repeated calls and trying to ruin their name? The next time someone treats you in a way you don't like ( think about how your treating them)

I have used Coco's for towing several times and they have been just fine. On time, no damage and reasonable cost. I bet the op has problems with EVERYONE they do business with!

This company is disgusting in their business practices. They damaged my boss's Porsche Spyder that had just been returned after 8 months of restoration that cost upwards of $26,000.00 because they were sloppy and didn't follow any kind of procedure while trying to assist her in towing her car back to the body shop who contracted them. When confronted with the damage, the attitude of "We didn't do it, it's your problem" was given to my boss over and over. They were disrespectful to her and spoke to her as if she were unintelligent and unaware of how to handle her vehicle. Even when repeatedly offered to at least pay half of the damage to the car, the owner, Jimmy, refused to accept any of the responsibility.

This company should be avoided at all costs as they certainly not professional and should not be entrusted with your vehicle.
really?

This sounds bogus, here's why: every company has liability coverage, if there were any truth to this, the obviously intelligent "Boss" would contact his insurer and they would send an adjuster.

This person probably tried to get something for nothing and was shocked when she didn't

Just because I stated it was my boss's car, does not mean it was a work vehicle. It was a personal vehicle. I was in the office when she was being spoken to so disrespectfully from Jimmy when she tried taking care of this issue as the call was on speaker phone.
Why would an insurance claim need to be made on her insurance when it was the error of the employee of Coco's? The claim of something for nothing is ridiculous. If someone pays upwards of $26,000.00 to have a vehicle redone, something for nothing does not apply. It is a matter of accountability to the company who provided the service and damaged the car.

The company has liability insurance. I'm not talking about your boss's car insurance. The company as with all companies are required to have a general liability policy, if she had a legit claim/cause/damage she could call coco's insurance company.

She could also contact her own insurance company and they would then contact coco's insurance

I can't think of any reason why she wouldn't do this other than her claims are unreasonable or untrue.

Many people try and get companies to pay for things. There is zero protection for business owners. Who protects Coco's from you or the original poster? No one does. Who's to say your a reasonable person? Who's to say your not the original poster?

The company if at fault, has insurance to pay for any damages, they will send an adjuster, if the adjuster finds your/her/his claims to have no basis, they will not pay the claim, they will also represent the insured in court.

Part of being a service business owner/operator/employee is to be part psychologist, you have to be responsive/empathetic/diplomat ic, but as we all know some people are just not reasonable and at the point the only correction is to part ways. You are just two passing ships.

I agree, unfounded claim by an unreasonable person.
